I am finally getting around to posting an update. I had to have a C-section Thursday after leaving my doctors office and heading straight to L&D. My BP had been high all week, and protein in urine. My dr said I had preeclampsia and wasn't going to allow me to finish off my pregnancy. I really didn't want a C-section as I had wanted a natural delivery.... But he told me I wasn't dilated any nor had my cervix softened so the chances of an induction were very low. I just knew I wanted Miss Emma out successfully and the best way. So I went ahead and went with the C-section. Everything went smoother than I thought and the pain is much less than what I planned too. I am so thankful our little girl is here. I wasn't planning on a thanksgiving baby, but I sure will take her. She is just amazing and such a blessing to us. Good luck to the rest of yall on your delivery.
