  My husband is sick and has a similar problem. steaming up the bathroom with a hot shower or bath might work, depending on how hot your water heater gets. failing that, my mom used to make me hot soup and put a dishtowel over my head to collect the steam until I could blow my nose.

  I haven't tried either. I currently have my nose pretty much stuffed in a jar of Vicks. I think I'm gonna have to make a trip to Walgreens. Thanks yall

  I agree, try saline spray, it'll help break up the stuffiness and a humidifier . I don't think you are suppose to use Vicks Creme when pregnant.

  I went to the pharmacist last weekend and he said that plain sudafed is fine to take while pregnant. So you might try that.
