Horrid back pain

I'm currently 36.5 weeks and having the worst back pain this morning. Couldn't get comfortable no matter how I adjusted all my pillows last night to sleep. I did do some heavy cleaning yesterday, but only for like 2 hours then relaxed the rest of the day.

I've had back pains for the past two weeks, but definitely not this bad. My OB says 'baby is settling', but the pain starts in my pelvic as a cramp and runs straight to my lower back and only lasts for a few minutes, not consistent pain.

My first child was born 8 weeks prematurely, so this is a whole new world right now. Any advice would be appreciated :)

    Sounds like it could be a contraction esp since it comes and goes... And starts as a cramp. I'd just keep an eye on it, if it doesn't stop after some rest and hydration maybe call your doctor back or go to L&D.
