We've been introducing more dairy lately (yogurt mostly, but also some whole milk) and DD has been spitting up more. It may not be related, but her tummy sometimes seems icky. We did a "test" last week with soy formula, but she also had an ear infection (which I found out about after picking a week to try this), so I can't really tell if it's better or worse. We only have a month left before we can transition off formula, but am curious if anyone is having a hard time with dairy? If so what are you transitioning to?
Re: Dairy
Also...I used to eat more of it. I'd skip the milk but would eat cheese and when I was pregnant I couldn't eat enough ice scream. For YEARS it didn't matter how great I ate or how much I worked out, I could NOT get rid of stomach fat and couldn't get below 135 for the life of me. Once DD had reflux as a newborn I gave up all dairy. I'm now down to 111 and feel freaking awesome. I know I'm losing weight from chasing her around and breast feeding but seriously I feel great (tired but otherwise). I can't help but think it's the dairy.
Anyway...we're skipping it here. :-) maybe try an expirement again this week?
