Whether while TTC or pregnant...what crazy baby dreams have you had?

Last week I had a dream in which I had a baby boy. When he was about a week old, I leaned over while changing him and said, "Do you know what your name is?" And he said, "Riley." (Please note, this is not our boy name). I said, "How did you know that already?" and he said, "You told me."

Last night I had a dream that my wife was giving birth. She is much more on the butch side of the spectrum and does NOT under any circumstances want to carry a child. In the dream, I was mad and jealous that she was having a baby and I wasn't (I wasn't pregnant in the dream), but felt bad because I needed to be supportive while she was in labor.

While pregnant I have had too many weird dreams to list out but will give you top 3. 3.) recurring dreams that storms and tornadoes are following me 2.) found a mother dalmation dog with her newborn puppies buried in a sand cave at the beach 1.) think I'm breastfeeding our baby and when I look down it's my wife's ex gf yelling at me that I'm not doing it right

Years ago I used to have a recurring dream that I had a baby and I didn't know I was pregnant. I found myself wandering around stores with the baby wrapped in a towell, trying to buy baby stuff but not knowing what to get. In that dream is also where I came up with my baby girl name. I don't have the dream anymore, I guess I don't feel unprepared anymore :-)

I have super crazy dreams all the time, but I don't remember most of them. I should write them down when I wake up but I never do.

When I was pregnant with Kaden I had two particularly vivid dreams. One where we were hosting a garage sale from a storefront and I was wandering in and out of the house holding our baby. I kept putting him down amidst the piles of stuff and losing him, and panicking. The other I was taking a shower in the hotel room and I had our newborn baby naked in a baby chair getting splashed on by my shower water. I remember picking him up and not being able to see his face, except for his eyes. I was so nervous because he was all wet and cold and I had no clothes or anything else around. IRL before we had K I was really nervous about what having such a dependent little being would be like - I guess my dreams picked up on that. I had plenty of other dreams but these two actually featured our baby.

I have been having a ton of dreams lately, which is not like me at all. I can only attribute them to pregnancy, b/c there really isn't anything else new that would be causing them. Only rarely is a dream pregnancy or baby related, and most of them are very strange and feature relatively insignificant people who I haven't seen in years...

I had one dream this weekend that J's uncle who lives in Michigan barrelled into my parked car in a parking lot and totalled it. Then I had a dream last night that I had gone back to my highschool for this alumni/student music event. It was weird. Current highschool students were performing, but a whole bunch of people who I graduated with were there in the audience watching. Then a bunch of the alumni were called up individually to perform with the students. My mom was there with me, but no one else. It was weird.

One baby related dream that I have had is a quick dream (or maybe I only remember a small part of it) where we have our baby, and he is a boy, and he has this thick curly brown hair and long eyelashes and is wearing this preppy little outfit with a bow tie and giggling.

I haven't been sleeping well at all lately, and I told my sister about my dreams and not sleeping well, and she has decided that I am dreaming more because of the fact that I am not sleeping well. Since I am rarely entering into a deep sleep, and most of my sleep ends of being light/REM sleep, that is prompting me to have more dreams. I don't know if this is true or not, but she is taking a psycology course right now and she is very into it. HAHA

Most of my dreams are likely a result of this pregnancy as I never had such crazy dreams before, however not all are baby related.

I have had many sex related dreams. It's so strange and DW have totally been making fun of my for it...especially after i had a dream about being kidnapped by a vampire to be a sex Slave...lol who knows.

I also recently had a dream that I was so upset because the front desk at a hotel we stayed at didn't have any more lucky charms bagels, so i had to settle for a chocolate chip. Literaly the entire drean revolved aroud trying to get a bagel.....The lucky charm bagel looked pretty darn good for a bagel made in my imagination lol.

I have had so many bizarre dreams so far during pregnancy, too many to describe. I have always had really vivid crazy dreams, but these ones take the cake. The night before last I had a really sad dream where I was sure I had lost the baby, but no one believed me, add in getting caught in a gang shooting with my mom who can't run and I was glad to wake up.

One of my weirdest was giving birth to a live pickled baby in a pickle jar and pushing around the baby in pickle jar and showing it off to everyone - who all thought it was adorable. The baby moved and did normal baby things in his jar.

The other funny one was where I dreamed that I was in labor and thought to myself, 'Just imagine that sweet little face' and then I looked down at my belly and there was a big smile shaped slice and I could see my baby, that gave me the strength to keep pushing. So strange!
