it isn't a table (I would just get whatever toddler/ltitle kid table you like for that, we have a kidcraft one) but I got my twins the melissa & doug easel for this reason. One side is the paper and the other is a chalkboard but what I do if they both want to use it is tear off a large piece of paper & use the clips that came with it ( plus a couple chip clips haha) to secure the paper to the blackboard side and then they can both paint/draw. There are bins on both sides to hold crayons/markers/paint/etc too.
We have & like our Step2 Creative Projects table. The Melissa & Doug Easel is great idea too since there are two sides. My girls also like the art cables I bought from pottery barn kids to hang up their artwork after.
