I use ovuline to track my cycle. It is very similar to FF. For the first few cycles of TTC I am actually going to use both to see which one I like better. I am wondering how to link them to my siggy so others can click on them?
I've read that FF bases O off of temps and Ovukine does not (it uses other factors: CM, OPKs). Temp is the only way to know when you O, so almost everyone on these boards uses FF.
I use Ovuline, and it uses BBT, CM, moods, physical symptoms, OPKs, etc. it works well for me because DD2 still isn't the best sleeper, so my temps are all over the place. It's nice to have other data help predict ovulation, with a BBT rise to (hopefully) confirm it, especially since my cycles are still pretty erratic. BBT is great to confirm ovulation, but when you have irregular cycles, it's unfortunately no help at all in predicting it, and knowing I ovulated yesterday is usually too late to do any good.
I agree.. I like both at this point, each has its own advantages. Only time will tell which is best for me and my cycle. I figured out how to link my FF chart in my siggy but when it is clicked my chart doesnt show... Just a blank FF page. Any ideas ladies?
