Hey all. Anyone up to anything fun? I just got back from volunteering at the Girls on the Run 5k and froze my hiney off. When I got home DH had cleaned the kitchen and picked up the living room - I think a miracle happened. I got back to see that my cousin's college football team is in the playoffs (D1 FCS) and plays in NY next weekend when we will be in NJ already so it looks like we have a foozeball game to attend. I am so excited for him.

Anyone else up to anything good?

On our way back home, sister will be bringing LO home around 1. Need to meal plan/grocery shop and really should swing by my office.

Is he babbling? The change between babbling and words can be sudden. Also, did you read the walker poll this week? There is such a range in kids 'abilities' at this point.

I've been trying to figure LO's incessant whininess and I think we're still in the throes of WW 55- even though he's 60 weeks old.

Also, I'm working all day today because I had to take the day off Thursday for LO's croup.

Baking cheesecakes for extra money...I have 7 to make by Wednesday and I've gotten 2 cooked and 1 in the oven and it's only 130pm.

I went to Target with DD and she was a stinker-see IG. We may put out tree up tonight but j bet we don't. Just vegging today because we were in a parade on Michigan Avenue last night.

I reallly want to put up my tree! It takes us forever to accomplish anything because so much depends on L's mood. I'm worried that if I don't do it now it may not get put up...again.

Church this morning. We had afternoon nap sex yesterday as today. I'm not sure we have had sex 2 days in a row for years! DH is out hunting now. Baby and I are watching some TV.

Church this morning. Then I had to go get DH medicine and some groceries. Then ran and got lunch. Now DH and Luci are sleeping and I am cleaning. I really want to decorate for Christmas, I feel like it would help my mood but our house is in an insane amount of dissarray right now due to flooring!

I have two sick LOs, another with an ear ache on and off, and I'm sick with a sore throat, too. I foresee a trip to the pediatrician tomorrow, and maybe the dr for me. It has been a rough week and I just wish things would settle down.

Football. Currently the Pack is in overtime and my ff team plays DHs and I'm winning. I'm stocked and have jumped around screaming occasionally.

My kid just stairs at me. I made potato soup. Reorganized Sage's toys thanks to inspiration from @auroraloo.

Just enjoying my last free weekend before the bowling tournament season starts.

We're on our way back from our third party of the weekend. Which turns out was one too many. Penny had barf on her shirt this morning when she woke up, but ate a big breakfast and had a great nap so I figured it was a fluke. Not so much, apparently. She had an absolute meltdown during the sit down dinner, finally calmed down after a stint alone in a back room with either DH or me...then when I thought the worst had passed and brought her back out, she barfed all over both of us while I was chatting with someone. Fortunately, I don't think anyone noticed, so we were able to leave with new shirts and some dignity.

L usually does so well at 1 or 2 events every few days. More than that and she waits until everyone leaves - then has a ridiculous meltdown. I hope she feels better soon.

Both kids ended up having diarrhea by the end of the day, so tomorrow should be fun.
