Someone commented that my new hair constitutes a mom cut. I'm not quite sure if I believe that. What even is a mom cut?

PS, pardon the cleavage, I've given up trying to control them.

Nope, not mom hair. I've got a greasy lopsided pony tail & flat bangs from wearing a hat all day-- I might be considered as having mom hair.
Just be sure to stay away from mom pants.

The thing about mom pants, is you have to actually fit into pants to wear them. So, I'm good for a while

I like your hair! I have the basic mom bob. I added a side bang and don't have as much of a drop as yours. But similar. I love it. It's easy to style.

To add to the mom jeans stuff. I recently bought these. They are amazing. I needed jeans that weren't low rise but still looked cute! I'm constantly bending to play with my toddler or pick things up, etc and decided it was time to retire the low rise!

It looks nice. Have you had it like that for awhile or is it a new thing? I need mine cut soon but ever since I cut it really short when I was super young, I can't think about doing it again

I had it at my waist for years then cut it all off shortly before we got married. This particular style of bob is recent though.

I like having it short, so much less work.

Curious....what does your neck tattoo say? I have one too. It was not painful at all, I guess because the skin is so thick back there. IDK but I'm itching to get a few more.

It's the Japanese symbol for trust/belief/fidelity (depending on how it's used). I got it to remind myself that not everyone is out to hurt me and that it's good to open up to people once in a while. Of course being internet strangers you guys are easy

I have no idea what a mom cut is defined as, but I'm ready for mine! My hair makes it out of a ponytail maybe once a month... I think your cut is cute! I might steal it ;-)

As for mom jeans, I literally am wearing my mom's jeans. I get it now.

Welp... If yours is a mom cut then so it mine. I got a medium length bob earlier this week. It's the same length all the way around. I considered doing shorter in the back. I love having short hair. So easy in the morning. And less dried puke!
