Stopping EPing question?

So, I stopped pumping as of Thursday. I had weaned myself down to once a day, and am officially done. Is there anything I need to do? I was already losing my supply, but it does hurt a bit. How long will it take to feel normal again (if there is a normal timeframe)? I know nothing about all of this. Sorry if this has been asked- I'm mobile. Thanks for your help!

    I didn't wean at all. I just stopped cold turkey and it took a few days.

    Thanks! I feel like I should be doing something, but I guess it may just start feeling ok on it's own.

    I'm weaning from bf'ing right now. I just read on kellymom.com to take Ibuprofen for pain and discomfort, Sudafed to help dry it up and cabbage leaves in the bra. I'm sitting here with them in my bra as we speak. Awkward. Oh, and to express or pump just enough to relieve pressure only.

    I've also heard use a cold compress if you don't want to use cabbage leaves.

    How did you get down to once a day?  I'm at twice a day and if I don't pump the second time I get serious leakage.  I wanted to be done already but I can't figure out how to drop that second pump

    I had a really bad supply to start with in the month leading up to weaning.  I was pumping 6-7 x a day, and still supplementing formula, so it wasn't too difficult (sadly).  I think my body was just ready:(
