  @pobrecita is right. That is normal for MMR. It's a live virus (as is varicella) and so sometimes there is more of an immune response. It can happen up to 10 days after vaccines. N actually ended up with a full blown measles like rash from head to toe about a week after. Not the actually measles but looked just like it. It went away on its own after about 3 days.

  So is the rash from the vaccine all over LOs bodies? DS got his vaccines last Friday, and he has had a very low fever (enough to make him uncomfortable) for about the last 3 days. Also yesterday morning he got a rash just around his mouth that looks like little red pimples.
  
  I think it's just from teething, but FMIL is convinced it is from the MMR vaccine.

  Normal for MMR. We only got 2 this time as we're stretching them out from now until 18 months (she'll get MMR at 18 months at the pedi's rec).
