Question from an S13er about your awards

Hi :) So we over on Sep13 are getting jealous of your awesome siggy superlative awards (like the one @WashingtonQueen has?) and want to do the same on our board. We were wondering how you guys made such awesome siggy badges (photoshop?) and how you organized the voting. Any helpful tips for us? Thanks!

    Rough overview on Voting-

    One person needs to be in charge. Categories were chosen and then people were able to nominate. (Must have more than 2 votes to be in the poll.) Once nominations were closed, a poll was made based on nominations in whatever category. Voting was open for 2 days and then whoever had the most, won. Make sure to clarify if a person should be allowed to get more than one award or not. If not, the person can choose which award she wants, then thr person with the 2nd most votes win. Also clarify who is allowed to be nominated. (Such as we had a couple bumpies who participate often in our boards but their baby's birth month was another month.

    This is great! Thank you guys for the info, I really appreciate it! Now I'm just hoping we can find someone with photoshop skills. Otherwise I guess we'll figure something else out. :)

    @HBirdie if you have someone who even has photoshop I can probably teach/help them.  I would volunteer to help out but with the holidays coming up I can't promise they would get done.  
    That is awesome, thank you! I will put the feelers out for someone with photoshop skills or even just the program, I guess. :) I wish I did!
