Cramps after C/S

Approx. 2 months PP I visited my OB about some cramping over my left ovary. She deduced it was probably a cyst and if the pain got worse they would do an ultrasound. Pain subsided.
I am now 6 months PP and just finished my first visit from AF on Tuesday. Since Tuesday I have had minimal cramping. Not enough for pain killers - just enough to raise my eyebrow and notice that something is going on down there. Without making another trip to the OB, only to be told to come back if it really hurts - could this be another cyst? Is it possible my C/S has some lingering affects? Has anyone else had these issues? The pain is in the same spot again, randomly reaching over into the area just below my scar, but mostly just on the left side.

Perhaps ovulating?
I didn't have any constant cramping (unless on my period) I got it about 7 or 8 months PP. But none before that.
It could just be another cyst though too.
Sorry- I'm not a lot of help- perhaps talk to your OB again and do the ultrasound to see for sure.
