State Clearances

Good Morning and Happy Friday!!

I hate to jinx myself, but so far, gathering all the paperwork and forms for the Home Study has been fairly easy!  I was just wondering about how long it took to get back your clearances?  We mailed our State Clearance paperwork yesterday so I know it's not going to be instantaneous, but I just want to see when I can start checking my mailbox everyday! :)   TIA!

November 2013: Applied & Accepted by the Agency
January 2014: Home Study, education class, Profiles
February 2014: "Officially Waiting"

    Ours were back fairly quickly, I think mine was back in a week and H's took 10 days.  Why they didn't arrive together I have no idea, they were sent at the same time.  Our federal were back in under 10 business days.

     Hashimoto's with irregular cycles  DH- 37 Severe oligoasthenoteratozoospermia

    TTC since May 2012

    HSG- all clear

    March 2014 - RE appt. 
    April 2014- Saline sono all's good, terrible SA results - 8 sperm found all abnormal
    May 2014- Fert Urology- Bilateral varicoceles, recommend Donor Sperm
    12/2014-  Surprise natural BFP  EDD 7/31/15 Plan:  Starting foster to adoption, natural cycles

    We sent our to our agency and they forwarded them to the state--- I think they took about 10-14 days.

    our state lost one if our clearances. They said it would take 6-8 weeks, so I didn't call until the 8 week mark. Once they located it, we had it in 2 days

    ours took ~6 weeks for each home study (actually first might have taken longer)...it was the thing that held up both of our home study approvals.
