Just figured this out! I have been back to work for 2 weeks and had to dip into my stash. Ugh! I am having a hard time pumping enough for the next day.
When I was gone for my work trip in Oct , she ate the milk fine. So if she will eat it is it fine for her to eat?
Also if I have to supplement during the day can I still nurse at night? I am not ready to stop breast feeding.
