Just an FYI to everyone on the recall of the Angelcare Monitors. You should be able to order a repair kit from the company.

    It looks like it's only unsafe if the child can reach and pull on the cord from under the mattress. There is no way a young baby could do that if it has been installed properly. Maybe if you still used the motion sensor when the baby was older and more mobile..

    I got mine coming in the mail and like u said it's only a danger if they reach the wires
