They have cute everything. She's doing a big thanksgiving giveaway on FB... yesterday was those fingerless gloves and today it's a makeup bag. I think she's doing one a day until thanksgiving!

@danabsd: My nephew is also 8. He's realllllllly into legos and building things. For his birthday last month I bought him a few of the Hex Bugs and a robot you make out of a soda can. For Christmas I got him a set of books about farts that come with a thing that makes fart sounds along with the new nerf crossbow gun. He'll get clothes too, but I haven't gotten that far. Those are the 2 toys that I got.

Baby James (it goes way way higher when a big kid jumps on it), the stand comes apart so the part you jump on is the biggest piece.

It's the actual one I bought him! And yes, it'll totally fit in a suitcase. It's smaller than a shoebox. A grownup shoe box, not a baby shoebox.

@hmp1 which one is that? Keagans birthday party is going to be rocketships so we were going to get him something like that but my internet search has turned up some weird (and expensive) results

How far do these stomp rockets go? Our nephew would love this, but their backyard isn't very big (it's sort of long, but pretty narrow).

@bonjourbelle05 As long as you point it up, it goes straight up. The height depends on how big the person is, how much force is put into it. James can only get it like 15ft. The 9-10 year olds get it maybe 30ft. The Super one we got for our neighbor went way high, maybe 45ft? The wind will carry it a little when coming down. The rockets are foam. It doesn't hurt at all to get shot with one.
