    Aww! Hits home for me! My son spent his first two and a half months in the NICU/CVICU. Heartbreaking. I know what it feel like to have to ask to hold your baby and have it take a team of nurses.

    Just watched that before I saw this thread, and had to call my NICU nurse BFF after and tell her how thankful I am that she does what she does, and is good at her job. For every heart wrenching story she lives through, there's a story like this one.
