Sending Dh to store as I'm out of Tucks. Stm, but I can't remember how long I used those last time. My episiotomy became a 2nd degree tear this time. Overall I don't feel too bad, but it still seems that I could use more moisture on top of the pad. I know it will vary, but how long did you use these? Thanks!

Oh gosh...maybe 6 weeks? I had a 2nd degree as well as a hemorrhoid that deserved it's own zip code, so there's that.

I had a 2nd degree tear as well and used them for about 2 weeks. I didn't have any hemorrhoids, so I just used them until I no longer felt consistently sore like @ELauren88. I healed really fast though, I thought it would take much longer.
I had a second degree tear with DS and DD. I used them for a week with his birth and then just 2 days with hers. I never had to buy any either because the hospital have me at least one big container each time, plus I always could have asked for more there.
4 weeks maybe 5, and I didn't have a specific tear, OB said I "shredded" and 20 minutes of stitches later lol I am still store 8 weeks later... I used that cooling spray too and used a squirt bottle with warm water to rinse every time I went to the bathroom, that seemed to help
