Has anyone here been to them? I thought the receptionist who answered the phone was rude and an asshat, but I am hoping the Dr's are good there. I am looking for a RE and a urologist who deals with MFI. My husbands SA test results came in today and the OB told me I need a RE.

I loved them! They are the reason that I now have a 4 year old daughter (via IVF). I'm surprised about the receptionist as I spoke with her to make my appt. and talked to her yesterday as well. I'm going back to the office tonight after TTC #2 on our own for a year. I have dealt with all the doctors. I will say that Dr. Van Deerlin and Dr. Sawin are my faves. I haven't seen Dr. Packin that often but he's nice too and Dr. Skaf is very knowlegeable but not that friendly in my opinion. Just a different personality. You will probably see each of the doctors at one point in time if you have to go for different tests, etc. but can always request a certain one that you are more comfortable with if you are flexible.

I actually got in a little early (this past Thursday and it went well. Here is my post from TTC.....

***The meeting went well and the RE is optimistic that we will be able to reach our goal very soon! They are going to do a repeat SA for my husband to see if the results are better. They have the lab there, so my hubby does not have to travel with his "boys" and should be more accurate results. He might have to go to the urologist depending on the new results. The RE thinks the results might be inaccurate, because the sample was not kept at body temp. I am going to be having Labs (ABO, Antibody Screen, FSH, Estradiol, LH, and AMH) and a Pelvic Ultrasound around Cycle day 3 and a HSG after those test. (kinda nervous about the HSG) He brought up IUI and Clomid briefly, but will have more of a plan after all the test results. He talked to us about our history and how the female cycle works! ( I am pretty good on the female cycle, but it was educational for the hubby. . He told me not to worry anymore about charting and opk's and leave that up to them. (Gotta admitt it will be hard to give up the opk's). Thanks for all the well wishes!

I loved it there! I got pregnant through an IUI this past June. I saw a few doctors - I liked Dr. Sawin the best. Good luck!

I went there for a few years, I did get pg with our first in 2010 but this time around they falied to tell me my thyroid was out of wack and i left them for another doctor, mean while I spent another 6 months there wasting my time cause they never treated my thyroid knowing it was off...the next dr treated me and I got pg few months later!! goodluck

Were you on clomid or injects for your IUI? All my test came back normal, so it is this hubby who has the problem. (17% motility)

I had 5 IUI's there, one IVF and one FET. Unfortunately didn't have success with them, I had my son after my 2nd FET with Dr. Russell in Delaware. That said, their office is well-run, the docs are nice and they are cheap. But if you don't have success after a few attempts, go to another doc with higher success rates. I suggest Dr. Russell or Dr. Jerome Check (I'm there now for baby #2)

I start my treatment next cycle. I will be doing Clomid + Ovidrel + IUI. I called several other facilities, but their self pay was much higher then SJ Fertility Center and since I only have $2000 a year IF coverage I wanted to make the most of it. I am really hoping I am "easy case". My test came back normal and my husbands 2nd SA was MUCH better. My husband does not want to get aggressive and do IVF and he might not even want to do injectables + IUI. My fingers are crossed that this woks! Did you do Clomid and IUI or/ and injectables there?

I did the same treatment cycle as you are doing cls78. All of my husband & my tests came back normal, it took us just the 1 IUI to get pregnant. Best of luck !

I am in the 2ww now! Really hope that it works!!! He had 16 million great sperm after the wash! (big improvement from the SA)

IUI 1 didn't work.

. I go in tomorrow to start a new cycle.
