I had an u/s today and baby B isn't growing like he was. My twins are di di with no issues until now. B has always been smaller than A, but now he has dropped from the 40th percentile to the 17th. Baby A is in the 65th percentile. My ob is sending me to the MFM (i haven't seen her since I was 23 weeks since my ob does all the scans), so I will get to hear her thoughts. Just wondering if I should be concerned at all? I know I've made it pretty far and that's a good thing, but I haven't had any issues thus far so it's just worrying me

Re: 34 weeks - growth discrepancy
TTC since May 2006. After 3 failed Clomid cycles, 2 failed Injectibles/IUIs, 2 failed IVFs and 1 failed FET, we moved on to adoption!
Last ditch FET resulted in BFP, and identical twin girls!
Well that's what I had always heard. But my ob says that since they are di di, that they usually don't have complications like other twins so no reason for all of the extra stuff.
I literally haven't even seen him anymore than I went to the doc with my singletons. Its very frustrating.

I had lots of complications, but then again I had mo/di's. I started NSTs at 28 wks/2x week. Crazy amounts of doctor's appt's! My OB also started seeing me more frequently earlier in the prganancy than she would have normally. I think I started weekly visits around 30-31 weeks?
NST's when you aren't in the hiosiptal are mostly for a specific period of time that they like to see activity. There were several times I had to stay for a long time because one or both of the babies were asleep and had to be woken up (they stick a bibrator on your belly). BPPs are a quick ultrasound to check fluid levels and the blood flow through the cord.
