    Ok. I just looked it up. I get it from the mw, but you can buy it on Amazon. It's Isotonix prenatal vitamin.

    Ooohhh, now that I know what it means, I'm a special snowflake!! 

    I take a chewable multi for gastric bypass folks, and when we compared it to a prenatal, it has double of almost everything (except calcium and iron which I've been taking supplements for since the surgery)!  :)  ...and I added another folic acid just for fun, and of course a biotin for hair and nails.  :)

    We get free ones through our grocery store with an RX.  So, I prefer free

    I did a lot of research my 1st time around and do Gel Cap pills Nature Made. Sadly they're expensive but go down easy and have all I want one to have.

    You have not taken ANY prenatals in any of your pregnancies?  Am I reading that right?


    I think she was saying she's never taken any ss in previous pregnancies. I think she thought ss was a type of prenatal she's never heard of.

    But you never know!

    I am supposed to take gummies.  At the moment I don't take anything because they don't stay down.

    13 yr old boy with ASD, ADHD and PICA, 11 yr old boy, 3 yr old Girl, & baby Girl.

    I use Thera-natal and love it. It seems to be the most comprehensive. I use the Complete line. It's three pills a day.

    I take a RX vitamed plus. It's a multi tablet and a gel cap with DHA. It has a form of frolic acid thats more easily metabolized called, quatrafolic (spelling?).
