Or is this thing clunky and awkward to carry with a baby? I don't like going out with the baby because I hate carrying this thing, but I am really petite so maybe that is why. Anyone else?
I don't really have any comparison on car seats, but I got the b-ready stroller and sort of regret it now. Part of me wish I had gotten the b-agile instead.
My problem is holding it far enough away from my body too. That and trying to get it in and out of my smallish car. It is less heavy when I loop my arm through but then he is on a slant and it's a bumpier ride haha. I'm only 5 feet tall and sometimes I feel ridiculous lugging it around. I have the B Agile but havent used it much yet. Do you guys use the stroller a lot?
Does anyone else ever have a hard time getting it to unlatch from the base? Mine sometimes will not unlatch for me, but I think it might be b/c I am trying to unlatch it w/ my left hand which isn't as strong. Sometimes I really have to wrestle to get it out of there.

Yep, sometimes it works right away but sometimes it takes a couple tries.

Yes I feel the same way. I thought it was just because I'm short and have a difficult time reaching in unless I'm physically in the car kneeling on the back seat.
I am short, not quite 5'1" and DH is not quite 6'1". Even he says it's an awkward carry (although the weight doesn't bother him the way it bothers me). Funny, the B-Safe is voted one of the most "ergonomic" infant seats but I am skeptical of that as a first-hand user... We also got it because of the B-Ready stroller which we do really like I just wish it had wheel suspension like the Baby Jogger City Select...

If you lift the end that has her feet, it makes it easier to get it out of the base.
Yeah, I kick it around because I have a hard time holding it far enough away from my body, so for the sake of my poor kid I lift it like I'm doing a bicep curl and hold it there.
I love the B Agile stroller though, so I deal.
Exactly. I think any car seat is going to be bulky and awkward, but in this case, the stroller makes it worth it.
Re: B Safe carseat...is it just me?
I LOVE our B-Agile so it makes it totally worth it!
The stroller rocks, though!
