Helmet

We went and got a second opinion this evening at a different pediatrician. She's appalled that the other pediatrician told me that A. Rad doesn't need a helmet and B. That there isnt anything we could do about it besides tummy time So... Rad needs a helmet. We are calling tomorrow to make our appt with the cranial doc. I'm obviously beside myself. on the bright side, we are going to decorate it like MMA headgear. The downside, I see lots of black eyes in the next 3 months bc I plan on punching every single person who asks "what is wrong with your son that he needs to wear a helmet" bc y'all know there will be a few jackasses that ask that question.

    Hugs mama!  And don't worry, so many kids these days get helmets it's seriously no big deal.  I know 3 babies (IRL!) who've had them.
    We said "I Do" on 9/27/2008!

    Aw Rad will rock that helmet! So glad you got a second opinion though, man. How crazy the other doc didn't think he needed one!?!

    @michelin82 thanks for sharing.... Rad's head is pretty jacked... I knew it needed a helmet and I'm so livid at the first pedi. I never liked him to begin with, but this new pedi is awesome. She is very nice and so helpful and she was sweet to Radley. The other pedi never fussed over him or played with him... Just poked and prodded. Jerk.

    J HAS A HELMET! Awww! I didn't know that. Honestly, I've been swooning over adorable babies in helmets all day long. My colleague keeps asking me what I am saying AWWW over lol.
