  We have mitten clips from Amazon.  And this hat/mitten set.  So cute!

  Side note: L has terrible circulation (just like his momma) -- his hands and feet are always cold!

  We have had some luck with fleece mittens but they aren't perfect.  She gets them off sometimes.  The other day I picked her up at daycare and she had adult socks on her hands all the way up to her elbows.  That was their method for keeping her hands warm with something she couldn't take off.  It seemed to work brilliantly but I'm not sure how long-term a solution that is for taking your kid out daily.

  they have a string thru them so they can't get lost but he can pull him off his hands.
