I'm sitting in the living room at 1100 at night next to my 4 and half month old daughter crying because I can't figure out where my sweet baby who actually sleeps went.i don't kno how to get her to sleep she refuses
Could be the 4 month "wakeful" period. I had no idea about this until I saw it on here.

You may also want to check out the Wonder Weeks book & app....I went through the *exact* same thing when DD turned 12/13 weeks. It eventually passed, but those 5 days where she wouldn't nap, only wanted to be held, and cried for no apparent reason were hell. Good luck!
We had a golden month or so when LO slept through the night - 10 hour stretches. Then around four months he would be up every three hours on the dot. It sucked, but that's just how it goes, they are growing, learning, and changing so much during the first year that real sleep patterns won't get set for awhile and are prone to change. I find if I anticipate needing to get up to feed him in the night rather than hoping he'll sleep through the night it's easier to deal with. Now he usually only gets up once and it's an easy 20 minute feed/diaper change and then we're all back in bed.

Truer words have never been spoken. Things got so much easier when I just planned on having to get up.
Yes and it's just a special treat when u don't have to!! Hope things get better for you
For contentment and help in getting to sleep - I put a sleeper and fave blanket in the dryer - warm it up dress and swaddle - helps my little dude to chill a bit - and chance of going to sleep seems to be higher.
