Pacifier change Q

Let me start out by saying J rarely needs his paci

With your previous LOs did you change to the 6 month pacifier at 6 months or continue to use 0-6. If you switched, did your LO take to the bigger one easily?

Thanks!

Re: Pacifier change Q

  • I probably won't change them until they go bad or he loses them. I so wash them with warm water and detergent weekly.

  • Is size the only difference? My LO doesn't use a paci often and we only have 0-6 mo ones so I was feeling like we needed to buy new ones, even though hers are in great condition.

  • Weve been using a 6month one (mam) since she was a month old. She held it in her mouth better than the smaller ones
  • We still use a 0 to 3 month soothie because she won't take a bigger size. She rarely uses any pacifier though because she's always hated them.

  • DD took the same size binky from birth until we cut her off just after she turned 2.  For some reason, she never wanted the bigger size, or different brands either.  We offered them multiple times, but she refused them.  She's a strange bird!  She always took Avent 0-6.  So far, Riley's the same way.
