  I give DD an ounce of prune juice mixed in 6 oz water everyday. She doesn't drink all of it of course, she'd maybe drink 3-4 throughout the whole day.

  
  

  Also pears, peaches, peas and blueberries help my DD as well. I usually try to have one of these once a day at least.

  Also try apple juice. What I found to work was to stay on the prunes and give them at every meal until the problem is cleared up. My daughter struggles a lot with constipation, so I always give prunes at least once a. Day, even if she is pooping okay.

  Pear juice! 1 oz pear juice (in baby food isle) mixed with 1 oz water once a day. Works every time! Also, pears in general work well to keep LO regular. Stay away from too many bananas.

  White grape juice does wonders for my DS. Dark Karo syrup does well too

  Karo syrup does not work (check their website). 

  Anyway - prunes are great, and extra water.  But they do take about a day to work through, so if you've fed her prunes all day today, you are in for a sh*tstorm tomorrow!  One dose of prunes or 1oz of prune juice to 1 ounce of water once a day should do the trick.

  TTC since May 2006. After 3 failed Clomid cycles, 2 failed Injectibles/IUIs, 2 failed IVFs and 1 failed FET, we moved on to adoption!

  I'll echo the prune juice. I'll mix 1 oz prune juice with 1 oz water, and she'll drink it all in a day, usually between 2 sittings. Prune puree also works just as well.

  Ditto everyone else but also, 2 days without poop isn't reason to go all "feed all the P things!"
