I'm still gonna be here as well as long as people still post! I'm sick, and home alone with a funny-nosed DS. Feel like crap, called in sick past 2 days but must go in tomorrow. DH works overnight tonight, then is gone Thursday through Saturday to Florida. Ugh.
I'm always here, usually in the shadows. Creeper. I'm counting down the days until I have another squishy...7 more weeks! I'm basically Jessie Spano about it all. I'm so excited, I'm so excited, I'm so...scared.
Here! I flew to Philly last week (from California) for the final round of interviews for a job. I think it went great. I REALLY want this job and it would get us so much closer to friends and family. I hope I hear something soon. And I'm really really worried it won't pay enough for me to accept. I have no idea what the salary is. Obv I should've asked sooner but there never seemed to be the right moment.
Amelia has been super clingy since I got back. Otherwise she's good. Got vaccines and a blood draw today, poor baby.
I'm here! It's my bday and some of you ladies have already wished me a happy bday which was very kind! I just finished cake my dh made me and am waiting for his show to end on TV so I can watch something fun. DS has learned itsy bitsy spider and commands I sing it all.the.time. He does the spider motion with a cute frown and grunt for more. How can I say no to that???
I'm here. Dh took a week of vacation time and we are both sick, which really sucks. This is his first time taking a week off for non-medical reasons since before ds was born, so we were really looking forward to spending time as a family and relaxing. I hope ds doesn't catch our illness.
DS is doing great! Doing all the general "toddler things".
We are currently trying for baby #2. Well, TTC in January probably, have to wait 1 cycle still per doctor's orders.
I just started a new job last week. I hope I like it, I'm still getting adjusted, it is a completely different culture than my last job. It pays better than my last job and I'm sure I will learn a lot. But part of me really misses my old co-workers (we were a small and tight-knit team) and the general feeling of comfort of friends and knowing WTF is going on.
Random thought: I'm totally in Christmas mode already and am having to contain myself! I think since this is the first year DS will kind of understand presents, I'm looking forward to it more than I ever have as an adult!
We moved to a new city in June. We have been in transitional housing provided by the city since then. We finally found a place to live and I am happy that I'll finally be putting all of our stuff away. It is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath house on 2/3 acres in a very small town NE of where my husband works. We're going to get chickens (I already have a coop) and plant a garden in the spring. Also, DH will have a large garage/shop to do all of his projects in. We're so excited!
I'm here! Everything is going well with the lo. Dh and I are having the week on hell before a big school event (fun times). I will be glad it will be done after this weekend! Also I'm excited about my personal day on this coming Monday! I will be doing some prep work for thanksgiving, but also some (hopefully) quality videogame time!

I'm here! I've been more of a lurker lately with work, a sick teething 15 month old and going back to the RE for #2! Super busy but all good things....minus these damn molars!
I am here!! Everything is going well here but Ihave a sick baby right now. He is cutting 2 teeth so it has been rough. I am working on getting back to school. I hate my career so iI am looking to go back to be a teacher. I am super nervous about the process but I am hoping for great things in the future.
I am here mostly later in the evenings after I get DD in bed...
Everything is going well with DD, getting big and doing new things every day. Only problems we are having are ear infections that keep coming back and she is fighting going to bed...We have been pretty lucky in this field so really can't complain.
I'm around. I usually lurk everyday to see what's been going on. Between work and chasing D around I don't find much time to post. I'm looking forward to the three weeks of "winter" vacation coming up in December. So maybe I will get to pop in some more.
I'm here! (and most of you are all...who dat?) I'm still trying to balance working, nursing school and two super silly and active toddlers. I try to check in but I don't always succeed. It sad to see this board dying a slow death. There are several of you I really miss chatting with!

I'm still here! I spend a lot of time chasing Mina because she loves to run and climb. I've been super tired lately, growing a baby and chasing a toddler. Life is good though.
Last month I was let go from my job, and shit just fell apart for me. I'm still looking for work, but spending a lot of quality time with J.
It's amazing seeing my little guy grow. I've also been watching too much Say Yes to The Dress. I'm dreaming of weddings, and hoping my SO will propose someday soonish. Lol. I'm a dreamer.
I'm around but usually so late to the party that I don't bother posting. I also still don't like mobile. :-/ Work is crazier than ever for some reason and I've been working late a lot of evenings. I'm considering looking for a new job starting in January but conflicted because I really love the people I work with, I get paid pretty well, and I would be set to gain another week of vacation if I stayed another year, which would be really helpful if we end up TTC next year like we're hoping.
DD is wonderful and the most adorable thing I've ever laid eyes on but also the most exhausting thing ever.
I am here most days. Leah keeps me on my toes in the evening so I don't get to post then usually. I have been exhausted lately, but it is expected. I am going to schedule some photo shoots for Leah this week since MIL is driving me crazy . . . she wants to schedule a time so she can be there . . . . ahhhhhhhhhh (bangs head on table).

Oh no! So sorry to hear about the job. Hope you find something soon.
I lurk during the workday....but I didn't post much with this new screenname so many of you might not recognize it. When I posted more frequently it was with "LissaLynn".
#2 is on the way and I forgot how freakin tiring 1st tri was. Here's some math for you:
First tri + working FT+ toddler + husband who is gone 12-15 hours a day = a tired, crabby momma.

I'm here!
I have been a SAHM for 2 months now and it is great. DH is on a small break from studying every evening for his CPA. He has 2 tests down, 2 to go. So, it has been very nice getting to spend extra time with him before he has to hit the books again.
DD has been doing absolutely everything she is not supposed to! Her favorite word is "no no". She has no idea what it means because she repeats taking ornaments off of the tree. Over. And. Over. All while saying "no!". Any suggestions on how to teach her what no means would be very helpful! Isn't it too early for time outs?
I can't wait for Christmas! I listen to Xmas music everyday. I finally got a sled this year so I am anxious for snow so I can take DD sledding.
Reading my own post bores me, but I am thankful that my life is pretty easy going right now.

I'm here! I've been busier than normal. We are having a big surprise party for my dad a few days before Christmas. So I am in full on Christmas/party planning mode. Thanksgiving is annoying. My FIL is out of town taking care of his mom. MIL insisted we come over but she doesn't cook and hasn't ordered anything. She keeps talking about ordering a turkey breast for the 11 people coming. Not sure how big she thinks turkey breasts are. She clearly has no idea. Listening up her and her sons try to plan something is so aggravating. LO still isn't walking and I'm getting a little worried about it. @BatDaughter4eva sorry to hear that I hope you find something soon.
I'm here. I lurk more now than anything. This board is so damn slow. It really sucks that from November 2011-Summer 2013 this was a really happening board. I miss how it used to be.
I'm here! I mostly lurk every day. I miss the active board. I've been over on Parenting more and Toddlers.
DH and I are doing a lot better. I'm taking my anxiety medication and we are getting a handle on our finances, so I am feeling better. We are visiting the in-laws this weekend and going to the Packer/Viking game on Sunday. GO PACK!! DS is running around like crazy, he is so much fun!
True story....a couple in Green Bay this weekend had a little boy that was born with a broken left collarbone. They chose to give him the name Aaron Rodger LN. lol

i'm still around, or at least lurking most days (formerly victoriafee, btw). we've
had a tiring couple of months, we were passing a couple of colds back
and forth, DS wasn't sleeping well, and we were all just exhausted. aaaaand
our in-home daycare just closed unexpectedly on monday and we had to scramble to
find a new daycare with no notice. luckily we found a spot at a daycare
near our house and DS went for a half day today and seems to like it.
I'm still around. I lurk a lot and post a little bitty bit. Keegan had his 15 month shots yesterday, poor guy got stuck 4 times, I felt awful. Happy to be clear of first trimester with LO#2. I'm still puking all the time, but at least I have a little energy in between.
