  That's normally how that works. I always try to let them air out a little before changing them, but apparently it's more satisfying to pee/poop in a fresh diaper.

  Amelia has been doing this ALL DAY. And every clean outfit I put her in, she spits up on....Ive given up on the clean outfits, and am just keeping a bib on over her clothing...

  Middle of the night a couple days ago I went through 3 clean diapers with her! Dirty one off, just about to get the clean one on and it was poop-splosion time. Next diaper, she peed all over before I could secure it. Longest diaper change ever!

  I undo the diaper then just let her lay there for a few.  Still only works half the time.  But it seems like its gotten fewer in the past couple days.

  I had the in a row last night too... only when she finished with the third diaper. she threw up over herself. it was a testing time!

  LO does this sometimes in a fresh diaper, but the sure thing is a blowout and pee as soon as her butt touches the bath water. She comes right back out and DH has to clean out the tub and start all over.

  A friend of mines 2.5 yo poops in the tub everyday. She says it's been going on everyday since he was a newborn- they are used to it now and it's part of their routine. "Fill tub, put baby in, poop, empty tub, refill with water".

  Always!! Even if I wait a few minutes after undoing the diaper, she will still wait til I put new one down!

  I'm lucky if he waits, much rather have him go in a clean diaper than to piss on whatever is close by.

  She always goes as soon as she is changed. And half the time she decides to go as I am lifting her butt to slide the diaper under...then a new diaper and a new outfit too!
