I'm laughing at someone else's exhaustion

I was stuck in an incredibly boring meeting today.  But I was way better off than this other guy who I thought was just bored.  Turns out he was totally falling asleep.  His eyes kept rolling back in his head, which kept bobbing.  It was all I could do not to laugh out loud.

    I'm definitely going to hell for laughing at him.  He's actually someone I like a lot (for a co-worker) and I've been that person too.  I ought to have been laughing with him, but no, I was laughing at him. :\">
