It's over and he did great!

Surgery was at 7 this morning. We were home by 9. He's now happily walking all over the house with his Fisher Price dog dancing to the music (that he now can hear clearly!)

He wasnt happy waking from the anesthesia, but once he realized that it was me holding him, he settled down and snuggled. So glad the tubes are in and it's over. Hopefully this will end the string of sickness and endless antibiotics he's been on since September!

Did the docs give you any advice on how to handle bath time?

@maven212 Told me no bath tonight. After that, no special instructions for bath or pool. Dr told me he can return to swimming next weekend. (Now, we are taking a break till the 2nd weekend in Dec. not rushing back.) Very different from what I expected and from what my nieces and nephews were told years ago!
