Ooohhh, now that I know what it means, I'm a special snowflake!!
I take a chewable multi for gastric bypass folks, and when we compared it to a prenatal, it has double of almost everything (except calcium and iron which I've been taking supplements for since the surgery)! ...and I added another folic acid just for fun, and of course a biotin for hair and nails.
I take a RX vitamed plus. It's a multi tablet and a gel cap with DHA. It has a form of frolic acid thats more easily metabolized called, quatrafolic (spelling?).
Re: Which prenatal do you prefer
Yep-special snowflake. Means that none of the options you listed fit me.
Ok. I just looked it up. I get it from the mw, but you can buy it on Amazon. It's Isotonix prenatal vitamin.

CAUTIOUSLY expecting Jace in July August 2014
I think she was saying she's never taken any ss in previous pregnancies. I think she thought ss was a type of prenatal she's never heard of.
But you never know!
