  I am so sorry for your loss. With every one of my CP's, I bled pretty quickly. Are you having Beta's drawn? If so, as the number goes down, AF should begin. 

  Me and DH: 32, TTC since 2/2012

  Dx: lean PCOS, low hormone levels, 2 CP's before seeing RE, MTHFR heterozygous

  IUI #1 with clomid and ovidrel: BFN

  IUI #2 with clomid (unresponsive), femara, ovidrel and novarel: Possible CP

  IUI #3 with femara, ovidrel and novarel: BFN

  IUI #4 with Follistim (115 iu) and ovidrel= BFN, developed OHSS, benched- 2 weeks of birth control pills

  IUI #5 with Follistim (75iu) and ovidrel= BFN........Taking a medication break for a few months

  IUI #6 with Follistim (75iu) every other day, femara and Lupron trigger= BFN

  *Taking a long break to get healthy and research/prepare for IVF*

  Goal: gain 5 lbs, gluten/dairy/soy/nut free

  So sorry for your loss.  Both of mine were CP's.  I spotted the day first, then started bleeding a bit, then I was full flow by the 3rd day.  I didn't know I was having a CP until I started spotting, so I'm not really sure what the wait would be like if I knew ahead of time?

  As PP asked, are you having betas drawn?  If yes, then you should see your numbers go down progressively, and then it will come.  I would assume this early on that your numbers will go dwn on their own, but if they don't you may need to go into the office for a D&C (although I was as far as 6 weeks and didn't need one...maybe it is different for everyone?).

  To answer your last question, NO tampons!!  What you are having is not really your period, it is your pregnancy loss, so you want to make sure that it all comes out naturally on a pad.  You can use tampons again with your next full period.

  Thank you thank you! Yes... This is how I knew it was a CP. My numbers are declining rather than increasing. Still waiting for AF. I appreciate your insight and kind words. If I have more questions or just need some extra love I'll jump over to the other forum. Thanks again and good luck to us all!!

  I'm so sorry for your losses!

  Married 8/6/2011 Me (26) DH (33) SA normal,HSG clear TTC since August 2011 7/2012 50mg Clomid+Trigger+IUI+progesterone =BFN 8/2012 100mg Clomid+estrogen+Trigger+IUI+progestrone=BFN 10/2012 100mg clomid+Gonal+Lupron+Trigger+Progestrone+IUI=BFP but ectopic.

  Once your numbers go down enough you should have bleeding. Just use pads - they suck, but it is best for your body. If you don't start bleeding after your numbers have returned to normal, your doctor will take you onto the next step.

  I'm also very sorry about your loss. I just recently went through a CP.
  Thank you for the info girls I didn't know about tampons. I tried wearing one when I finally got my period and I was in excruciating pain, guess my body knew better. Funny I mentioned this to my RE nurses and they didn't say anything to me.

  *Losses mentioned*

  Me: 34 DH:32

  TTC #1 since Dec 2011

  HSG = tubes clear, bicornuate or septate ute; MRI= severe arcuate uterus no septum seen 

  SA #1 low count, low morph;  SA#2 4% Morph, count OK  SA#3 july 2014= NORMAL!!!

  9/2013  IUI#1 w/Clomid 100mg = over response; cycle converted to cryoocyte IVF

  IVF #1: 9/15 ER= 9 mature eggs, all eggs made it thru vitrification

  10/23 ICSI 6 fertilized; 10/28 5dt of two morulas. Hold on to me babies, stick, stick, stick!!

  11/6 BFP EDD 7/14/14 Beta #1= 18; 11/9 Beta #2= 44.8; 11/12 Beta #3= 7 = Early loss @4w6d. No frosties

  Feb 2014 Hysterscopy = no septum seen ute all clear in the inside

   IUI #1.1 4/2/14 Beta on 4/16 BFN

  Thinking about IUI #2  RE advised to try 3?????

  Natural cycle surprise BFP 8/3/14 EDD 4/11/15  beta#1(8/5/14)=35 Beta#2(8/8/14)=22  CP/Early loss@5w
