Spitting up more?

Connor has had mild reflux for a while now. Cereal in his bottle helped him a lot, and luckily he wasn't so bad that he needed medication. I cut back some cereal in his bottle about two months ago and he was fine, but for the last two weeks now he has spit up a lot more after eating. He has been eating 6oz (90% of the time) since he was 5 months old so I do not think I am giving him too much. I have been burping him the same too. 

Though just a second ago, he spat up in his sleep and jolted awake cause he couldn't breathe. It scares me and the weird part is that he spits up more about an hour or two after he has ate. Last night it was so much I gave him some oatmeal at midnight to try and calm his stomach down. 

I am going to call the doctor tomorrow, just wondered if anyone is going through this too.

    Is he teething badly? G never really spit up much, but I have noticed when she is teething bad and drooling a ton she tends to spit up more...my guess Is maybe she's swallowing drool??

    We just had a mild stomach bug in our house. LO spit up signs antsy more for about 2 weeks. And had loose BMs. No actual vomiting though. Could it possibly be something like that?

    I honestly do not know if he is teething right now. He had red cheeks this morning that were similar to the wind burn he had got, but we were never outside and it went away. He has been drooling, but honestly he has been drooling since 3 months. He is getting a bit of an attitude.

    As for the stomach bug, I don't know.. besides having an attitude from time to time he is his normal overactive screaming laughing self. This last weekend he had really runny poo but I think it was from either yogurt or the pool water.. also for some reason he doesn't poo unless he is sitting and always when I am not near so it goes everywhere.

    We're going through this actually. I put in a call to the pedi & am waiting for a response because it got bad tonight

    The stomach bug going around here sounds like this. DD was spitting up more, then she had diarrhea for a few days. It was very yellow and acidic and she got a bad diaper rash, but her mood was generally normal.

    Tell me how the response goes when you get it?

    @none5 - It might be then. I don't know but it has been messing with his sleep too!
