Help with FET labs!

Last Friday my e2 came back at 731 and today it had dropped to 272. My LH also went from 18.8 to 11.9 and my p4 is still under 0.5. My lining was slightly thicker today than it was Friday. My nurse called earlier, before she received the lab results (they were just uploaded to the patient portal), but said the ultrasound report looked good (I'm having local monitoring as my clinic is OOT). Normally a drop in e2 and LH would indicate ovulation, right? But then if I'd O'd shouldn't my p4 have risen? I REALLY don't want to be cancelled again and wish I didn't have to wait till tomorrow to talk to the nurse again. :((

UPDATE: The nurse said e2 can fluctuate depending on the time of day the labs were drawn with relation to when the last dose of Estrace was taken. It makes sense. On Friday my appt was later so I took a pill a little beforehand and my appt yesterday was early morning, so no pill since the night before. Whew!

Laparotomy w/partial oophorectomy 8/2009 to remove cysts/endo.
Stopped BCP 4/2010.
Multiple clomid rounds from 11/2010 to 6/2011. ~ All BFN
IUI w/clomid 7/2011. IUI w/clomid & injectables 11/2011 & 1/2012. ~ All BFN
IVF:EPP 5/2012 ~ (4R, 3M, 2F w/ICSI). Both embryos txfrd. ~ BFN
BCP to manage endo from 10/2012 to 12/2012.
FET w/donor embryos #1: 10/2013 Cancelled
FET w/donor embryos #1.2: 11/2013 ~ ET of 2 beautiful blasts on 11/27.
Beta 1: 503(12dp5dt) Beta 2: 1035(14dpt) Beta 3: 3001(16dpt) Beta 4: 8503(19dpt)
Twins with an EDD of 8/15/14! Team Purple
