Seriously? Did this just happen?

I stopped at wholefoods on my way home from work. I was merrily picking out some cookies from the bakery when all of a sudden I feel a gush of water down my pants. At first I thought, oh no I got my period. Then I look down at a clear puddle of water and then I realize, OH NO I PEED MYSELF. I ran out. No cookies. And my vagina is clearly broken.

    That sucks! I was peeing myself for an entire run once so I just embraced it and let it flow. It hasn't happened to me yet in a normal environment though yet- sorry! I hear it eventually gets better according to my older sisters!

    Yeah that was a first. I've leaked pee a little from coughing or laughing since the birth but nothing like this. I ran out so quickly that I didn't even see if anyone noticed. I put down the baby blanket I had in my car to sit on and drove straight home. I was in shock. Now that I'm all cleaned up and home, I wish I was able to buy those cookies I picked out :(

    I pee myself a little at a time everytime I work out. Thank goodness I work out at home. By the time I'm done it's pretty much a full pee haha it's so gross
