Stretch Marks - It's Getting Real.

I was really quite surprised a few days ago when I noticed I've been getting stretch marks across the top of my belly!  They don't bother me, I was just a bit surprised to see them so early.  Granted, I'm having twins, but I thought with all the weight I lost during the 1st tri that I probably had a long, long way to go.  I strangely feel more pregnant now.  Anyone else get them at 14-15 weeks??

    I don't have any yet at 19 w, but I don't suppose that will last. I have them from puberty in other places so I think it's inevitable. Congrats on the twins, though :)

    @zazu13 - You too!!!  Twin girls, how exciting!  I also have stretch marks from puberty.  I grew up overnight, so I have faded scars on my shoulders and hips.  Started using cocoa butter on my belly, but I'm pretty sure I'll be fighting a losing battle, LOL.  

    I just read your siggy and I'm so glad your miracles are on the way!  It would be so easy to give up after the first couple of cycles, but #5 was your miracle!!  So happy for you!!!  After this long journey, hoping and praying for years for even one, it feels pretty unreal to have 2 on the way, doesn't it?  :)

    @auntjessy - Thanks! We are feeling amazingly blessed. It was a rough road, but I would do it all over again for this outcome. Congrats to you, too :) I've been using Palmer's cocoa butter lotion daily. I'm sure it's not the reason I don't have stretch marks yet, but my belly itches a lot so it helps with that.

    I get hormonal stretch marks on my outer thighs, so I started getting them after IVF and am still getting them now. I hate it, but hubby says they're mama tiger stripes lol. Thanks hubs! Nothing works for them, so might as well just get used to it :-)
