Looking for another family to nannyshare in my Encino home

I am looking for another family to nannyshare in my Encino home. My son just turned one in Oct 2013. Our nanny has been with us since he was 4 days old. She is a live in nanny and the hours are flexible. She currently cares for my son M-F full time and I am looking for another family to nannyshare. She is a hardworking and wonderful nanny. This would be a good alternative to daycare where it would be one adult to 2 child ratio. Additionally, our kids would get to socially interact, it will be like having a play date every day. Our nanny is Mexican and she speaks only Spanish although she can understand some basic english. If you would like your child to be exposed to a second language, this would be a good opportunity.
