I am having trouble finding the link. But as I remember, someone left a turkey in the car which ended up being a crazy long thread that wouldn't die... There was even a TurkeyInTheCar AE for a while (are you around?). I swear, every thanksgiving someone would ask this question and it would start the craziness up again. Classic bump goodness. Sometimes a miss the snark and flames of the old nest/bump
It's really not that complicated, promise. When you google something, there is a little arrow next to the link. If you hover over it, it will say "cached". You click on it, and it should take you to basically a screen shot of the thread.

I couldn't figure out why that thread went on and on. I felt like I was missing out on some inside joke.
It was just so ridiculous.
Poor OP was complaining about her H blowing their plans, and several people focused on her not being willing to leave her child (who had special medical needs) alone in the apartment to fetch the damn turkey.
I do remember that, I just wanted to yell at then "she can't get the turkey! why do so many people care?!" Ha, but I'm a huge pansy so I didn't.

I really wanted this thread to be for real.
