Beta 3 is in

Beta 2 was 287 at 16 dp IUI and beta 3 is 1158 at 20 dp IUI. The nurse said it is good, but of course I am worried because the doubling time from beta 1 to 2 was 34 hours and from beta 2-3 is 47 hours. I know it is still within range but I was hoping for the same. So far no symptoms either. Ultrasound is next Monday, which will be around 5 weeks and 4 days from LMP. I just wish I could be more excited and know you ladies understand. Fingers still crossed this is it!

BFP 11/11/13 IUI#2 clomid+trigger+prometrium

Beta #1 14dpIUI=106; Beta #2 16dpIUI=287; Beta #3 20dpIUI=1158

5w6d 1 hb 109 and 2nd smaller sac; 7w0d 1 hb 125 and confirmed vanishing twin

    I know it is tough to be excited and confident from the beginning.  FX that everything keeps looking good!

    TTC #1** Went off BCP July 2011

    Jan 2012 Dx PCOS by OB/Gyn


    July 2012 - Tests with RE confirmed PCOS and annovulation

    2 rounds of clomid, 5 IUI's using clomid + injectibles. 

    Surprise BFP while on break cycle due to cysts.  It's a girl! Baby "E" born on Thanksgiving Day 11/28/13

    5/13 - Dx with lean PCOS
    6/13 - 50mg clomid, no response
    7/13 - 7.5mg femara, pregnitude, TI - chemical pregnancy
    9/13 - 7.5mg femara, pregnitude, trigger, IUI, progesterone - BFN
    10/13 - 7.5mg femara (final attempt before injects), pregnitude, trigger, TI, progesterone - BFP!

    Still a good doubling number! I know you will be anxious until your u/s though, as we all are. Hang in there, it will be here before you know it.

    Me: 42. DH: 46.

    1st Pregnancy: MC, 11/19/00.

    2nd Pregnancy: DS born 04/10/06.

    3rd Pregnancy: CP, 03/11.

    4th Pregnancy: MMC, D&C 11/30/11, Genetic testing revealed Trisomy 4.

    5th Pregnancy: Ectopic, 2 doses of Methotrexate unsuccessful, surgery 4/10/12, right tube removed.

    Tried Letrozole January 2013-July 2013 (including 2 IUIs), all BFN.  After 2 1/2 years of trying for child #2, decided to "give up" after July cycle, based on AMA.

    August 16, 2013:  BFP our first month of "not trying!"  Still in shock.  Beta #1 (14dpo): 183.  Beta #2 (17dpo):  611.  Ultrasound 8/30/13: baby measured 6 weeks, 1 day, heart rate of 118 bpm! 
    Ultrasound 9/13/13:  8 weeks, heart rate of 176!
    Baby is due 4/26/14

    BFP #1: 2/15/12-Ectopic/Mtx at 6 wks
    BFP #2: 10/12/12-m/c at 5 wks. 
    BFP #3: 8/27/13
    Me: MTHFR, Low AMH (1.1), High NK cells and Antiphospholipid Antibodies.
    DH:MFI-Low morph (1%), DNA fragmentation: Excellent!
    5 rounds of clomid, 3 IUIs, and multiple non-medicated cycles- BFFN                                                      
    IVF with ICSI in August 2013 brought us our babies.  ER-9R, 7M, 4F w/ICSI  ET of 2-Grade 2 blasts. 
    + HPT at 6dp5dt. #1 (8dp5dt)- 105    #2 (13dp5dt)- 510  #3 (15dp5dt)- 960  #4 (17dp5dt)- 1889
    Dx shortened cervix, PTL, and preeclampsia during pregnancy.  Lots of medications and 13 weeks of bedrest, babies were born healthy at 34w4d!

    Looks good! I kept POAS until after my first ultrasound at 7 weeks because I just couldn't believe I was pregnant! Good luck next week at your ultrasound!

    IUI #3 &4 - Gonal-F/Ovidrel and IUI -- BFN
    IUI #5 - Gonal-F/Ovidrel and IUI -- BFP!!

    I think the number is great but totally know how you feel. Unfortunately, DH and I realized we will be like that the whole preg. Doesn't mean it won't be ok! And I have never had symptoms before 6 weeks so there is time! Good luck.
