High Risk Doctors?

I have a friend who lives in Groton and is pregnant with twins. She is not thrilled with her doctor and b/c it is twins needs a high risk doctor. Does anyone have recemmendations of doctors out of Lowell Memorial, Emmerson, or (I think) Southern New England (is close to her).

My SIL works at Emerson and had 2 high risk pregnancies and opted for Boston. It is a crappy commute but she was very happy.

Is it just because she is having twins she is looking for a high risk? My friend had twins and had my doctor Margaret Sullivan from Tufts Nemc and she is awesome, actually all the doctors in the practice are awesome. I also met the MFM doctor, Dr. Marino and she is fabulous too.
