Baby's Here

We'll my baby girl is here. She arrived 37 weeks. I was scheduled to have a csection at 39 weeks, but at mr Dr appt my blood pressure skyrocketed and I had to have the csection ASAP due to pre eclampsia. Note, I've never had high blood pressure my whole life! Niw that the baby is here I've had high pressure and the dr said it could last several weeks.

An added bonus (not). I found out I had a huge yeast rash all over my butt. My skin looks like a burn victim! Does anyone have experience with yeast skin infection? I'm using a cream but not sure how long it will linger.

    Yikes to the yeast rash!  I've never had it but the kids used to get terrible yeast rashes in their diapers.  Pedi had me cover it in Lotrimin and then cover that in A&D ointment.  The A&D seemed to seal it in and really help it heal faster so maybe give that a try on yourself?  Make sure you are eating lots of probiotics.  I hate yogurt so I have to either take the supplements or I have them add it to my smoothies.  Good luck with your recovery and BP!
