I am at the store and call DH to ask if he thinks I should pick up a couple of these wooden folding chairs that are on sale for $18. He says yes, because we are always short on seating when his family comes over.

I say ok. I see a woman start to move toward the chairs. She looks at me, smiles diabolically, then starts guarding the chairs. I go to get a cart so I can take 2. This lady can't want all 10 chairs right?

Well by the time I come back, this lady has loaded up all the chair except 1 that is the display and damaged.

I ask the clerk if there are any in back stock. No, a lady bought them all.

Seriously. I feel she left the one just to torment me.
