I would invest in an electric pump. I was crazy and poor enough to manually pump this time, but heck no, never again. Manual pumping with dicurvain's tendonitis is extra sucky!
I would also get more of a stockpile frozen supply before going back to work.
Re: after Bf-ing your first LO...
If we have another baby, I don't know what I would do differently with BFing. But I would definitely start making freezer meals at 7mos of pregnancy. When BFing it's so hard to find the time and free arms to prepare any food for yourself or other kids. And I would keep snacks in the bedroom for during the night.

DD is also not easy to nurse at times because of reflux but now I stay calm, clean up the milk she drips everywhere with a burp rag and just keep going! I feel much more calm and confident with breastfeeding this time.
Just curious why is the wet bag better for you then ziplock?? Wondering if I should do it too
