Looking for success stories after Asherman's

So I'm lurking.. I was diagnosed with Asherman's almost 2 weeks ago and am waiting to meet with the RE about a hysteroscopy to try and remove the scar tissue so I thought I'd try to see if anyone has any success stories they want to share?  I don't know the severity yet, but I'm hoping since I'm still having a period (however light it may be) it's mild.  I'm going to re-post on PAL too, TIA!!!

BFP #2 11.2.12 EDD 7.14.13 MMC 6w5d discovered 8w6d 2 failed rounds miso D&C 12.27.12
BFP #3 8.5.13 EDD 4.18.14 MMC 7w4d discovered 9.25.13 at 10w6d -Trisomy 13- 1 round miso & emergency D&C 10.2.13
RPL Testing. DX Asherman's November 2013. Low AMH (0.44) January 2014. 
Operative Hysteroscopy January 2014 to remove scar tissue.

    I'll third the no advice, but huge (((HUGS))). I guess a diagnoses is the first step to solving the problem. I hope there is someone who DOES have lots of advice/ could tell you about treatment options.

    Dx: balanced translocation and LPD

    TTC since Oct 2011

    BPF 02/19/12, EDD 10/31/12, natural m/c 02/28/12 (4w6d)

    IVF (BCPs starting 10/30/12, ER 11/18/12, 5dt of 1 beautiful, healthy embryo 11/23/12)
    BFP 12/02/12, u/s @ 6w,5d showed 2 HBs! Identical twins!!
    Bed rest from 21w-35w due to short cervix, hospital bed rest from 23w-32w due to PTL
    Our rainbows were born 07/19/13 (36w, 5d)

    I want dxed with Ashermans but I had a lot of scar tissue from my d&c, didn't have at after that forever(5-7months?)
    Had a consult with my re and he did an saline sono first they a hysteroscopy(sp?). At that time he found and removed all my scar tissue. The recovery was nice and easy and I got pg right away- I didn't have to sit out any.
    I wish you the same! Aren't you happy you have a plan? I was so relieved.

    Let me edit that a little, I got pg before they found the scar tissue and lost that baby at 11w. Then af came on time but I started g going to the re. He was concerned and wanted to do some testing. The sono showed what he thought were polyps. He then did the hysteroscopy and found the scar (no polyps). He said that he was surprised I even got pg with all the ST, and fired that was the reason for my loss (no room for ute to grow).
    Anyway, I wish you the best!

    In terms of Asherman's requiring a hysteroscopy, I believe that @BarooGirl had an Asherman's diagnosis and now has a healthy little girl (following surgery to remove the scarring)--hopefully tagging her will send her story your way! Also, @njmom050911 is mostly on the December 2013 board (from what I can see from her recent history), but I believe she also had an Asherman's diagnosis and is now almost due with her little boy. Again, I'm hoping that tagging her will get her over here for you.

    You are correct at about @NJmom050911 - if I remember correctly, her case was pretty severe. She had surgery in January.

    Thank you for sharing your stories!!  It is slightly relieving to have answers & slightly terrifying.  FX it's mild and then I'll be relieved (I think?)!!!!

    Sorry it took me a while to respond. I was diagnosed with Asherman's after my third loss in April. I still had a light period but not much. I ended up having to have two hysteroscopies to get all of the scar tissue. My last surgery was in September and we were cleared to ttc in October. We got pregnant on our first try and right now we are 6 weeks. My betas have been great and I am sick as a dog, but I also know I am still super early. I have my first ultrasound on Friday. I would not call myself a success story yet, but I am optimistic that this will be our take home baby. If you have questions about the surgeries please feel free to ask.

    TTC Since June 2012 BFP #1 08/01/12, D&C 09/07/12 9 weeks, Blighted Ovum BFP #2 01/01/13 m/c 5 weeks BFP #3 03/02/13 D&C 4/15/13 m/c 11 weeks, 07/19/13 Hysteroscopy for Scar Tissue, 9/12813 Hysteroscopy & Laparoscopy for Scar Tissue, Cleared to TTC October 2013.
