Honestly not seeing the sun gets to me. I spend all daylight hours at work at this time of year. It sucks. As does crabby children because bedtime/wake up time had to shift.
I'm so boring in general. I'm in a funk. Honestly I think the time change has really kicked my butt.
No snark, but I don't get this. How could the time change still be affecting you? I've seen ppl post that it's still affecting their kid's sleep habits and I don't get that either...
My MIL always talks about how the time change totally messes her up..its one hour I don't even notice it. She doesn't even work so its not like she doesn't see daylight and she lived in Alaska the last 30 years so no daylight is pretty normal for her.
We don't have daylight savings time in Hawaii, and sun sets about 5:45/6 pm. But doesn't bother me either. I rarely really have jet lag either. Granted I've only flown about 6 hrs ahead of time. (HI to MI)
