Inexpensive car seat for air plane

Hi Ladies. My cousin is flying with her 1 year old and her convertible car seat won't fit on the plane. She's looking to buy a car seat just for the air plane...so something inexpensive would be great. Any suggestions brand/model that fly well? Thought that all the second time moms on here that love to travel may know;). Thanks so much.
