Rash?

Coop has this rash all over-face back legs tummy and arms. She hasn't had a rash since she was a baby! Anyone else experience this image

    Is it raised? Anytime my boys get a fever they get the roseola rash and theirs is never raised but if it's raised then maybe heat?

    Has she had any antibiotic recently? Emery had a rash like that and it turned out to be a side effect of finishing antibiotic.

    Looks like a viral rash the twins got once. If so it should go away within 3-4 days. All I did was moisturize since it didn't seem to bother them.

    How is she this morning? Ava has broken out in a few weird rashes before. One time was due to something outside in the grass. Maybe it was the new outfit she wore?

    She's covered and now has a fever with it. Not much appetite. No diarrhea but her poo is harder than usual. I don't know what to do! I gave her Tylenol for the fever and pedialyte to avoid dehydration. I'm at a loss on what to do

    I got her teachers number and text her yesterday at home and she said no other kid has it and that coop only ate what I brought
    Her temp got pretty high las night so she threw up a lot. She feels cooler right now though. But the rash is still red and everywhere
