Dear Diary,

Is this AF or not? I have been spotting since surgery and it just continues, however the 'look' has changed, but the flow has not. I am thinking it is, because I mentioned to a co-worker that chocolate covered gummy bears sounded good, and I don't even know if that is a real thing.. L-)

Lol aren't you doing BCPs now? Or did I just make that up? The white pills are the real deal AF.

Your period might still be a little wonky from all the hormones and shit last cycle? My period was super weird this cycle

Mrs Castillo - yes I am doing BCP's but I am on the peach colored pills my sister told me are the water pills or something. It has just been weird.. TMI Warning: Since surgery I have been spotting, but seriously its only when I wipe and then enough to wear a pantyliner, then last night the look of it changed and it was redder. But only when I wipe, and i have some cramping so I am officially calling it here. Also I don't know if it changes with tube removal or what?

Mrs Castillo & +SouthernMomma+ I don't know where Chocolate Covered Gummy Bears came from but it sounded good, and if they aren't a real thing I may patent it and make millions, and if they do exist: Where can I get some?!!?

Yes, they are a real thing. I've bought them in the bulk section of WinCo. They are fun.

Dear Diary, can something happen to the nurses at my OB/GYN's office so that they all quit on Monday, and then he gets new ones I actually enjoy having conversations with? I'm so over them. K thanx.

@freakyfast you should start the real thing on those "water" pills lol I think she meant sugar pills :P So maybe it's coming if this isn't it? Also, maybe it's just lighter because you didn't make an egg this cycle? Idk! I just hope whatever your is doing it sorts itself out so you can start your FET cycle pretty soon. When do you actually start? Mid Dec?

Awww! This makes me sad for you. I really LOVE my nurses. They are so wild and crazy. Every time I go there I am laughing and smiling. This makes up exponentially for my REs lack of personality. Actually I really love all the staff at my clinic, even the security guard is always smiling and welcoming. My RE is just ok. She's pregnant, so maybe she's better when she's not pregnant?

Mrs Castillo - she may have said sugar pills I don't know. I tried to get out of taking them but she threatened me. b-( Is it weird I know nothing about BCP's and have never taken them before? ugh. I had 3 weeks of white pills and 1 week of peach pills, I am on day 3 of peach pills (tonight). But you are probably right with all the IVF drugs, the surgery, I am all kinds of screwy! 8-} :O) (And hey with all the shit i've been through I will take a light AF)

I will start my FET cycle with my next AF. So if I go the way my body usually does, and I figure this is CD1. I will be looking around 12/12. With actual transfer in Jan.

WinCo is a grocery store near me that has a bilk section that sells stuff by the pound. They have everything, nuts, pastas, candies, flour, sugar, cereal, etc. There's not a lot of them around me, so I'm not really sure where their headquarters are. But I did just look on amazon, and they have chocolate covered gummy bears, so you could get 'em online if you're really gotta have 'em.

Sooooooooooooooooo............... The clinic forgot to call me today. I was stressing about this shit all damn day. Did my shots, accidentally stuck myself in the thumb trying to cap one of them- cue epic fucking meltdown. That one extra stick just put me over the fucking edge. I sobbed for 4 straight hours, and during all of this I made H call to see WTF I am supposed to do tomorrow. Turns out, I don't go back until Sunday. So big fucking thanks to my staff for adding more stress in an already stressful fucking cycle.

A pregnant RE? Maybe that gives her patients hope? Maybe that's why I prefer male OB/REs/MFMs... Last time I was pregnant his head nurse was great (lacked a little on the personality. He is AWESOME though, and I can put up with a lot just to continue to be his patient. The ultrasound staff and front office staff are super nice. I really enjoy them.
